CoverUps Window Fashions
In every aspect of our work we strive to provide The Best Experience for everyone, from our associates to our customers to each person in our communities.
I’ve owned and operated Cover Ups Window Fashions over 25 years. In the early years I had the opportunity to put my sewing skills to use making drapery for interior designers. I found I loved the work of transforming a home through one change - window treatments. After some years spent learning the window treatment business and wanting to work more closely with the customer I expanded into shades and blinds in addition to custom drapery. Over my years in the window covering industry some styles have changed, but one thing that hasn’t is my commitment to my customers. Many of our sales now are repeat business, happy clients who seek us out when they need to update or move into a new home. We have always offered a full service experience, one of our expert consultants will visit your home to measure your windows and give you valuable insights to what would work best for your situation, a few weeks later should you decide to order our installer will finish up the job. Cover Ups has grown to include contracts with major warehouse retailers, we work all over the state providing residential as well as commercial window treatments. The foundation my business was built on is still true; it’s what we measure the definition of success against. Was our client happy with the outcome? Did we achieve the objective? Was it overall a good experience for our customer? We want yeses to those questions. Our provider of blinds is Springs Window Fashions the parent company of Graber Window Fashions, the statement above is taken from the Graber website it holds true to the values of Cover Ups Window Fashions, my hope is should you choose us for your window coverings you will agree.

Hello, my name is Pamela Brownsberger. Being born and raised in Anchorage, I can’t imagine calling any other place home! I am a mother of six, we also live with two cats and an Irish Wolfadoodle. I understand busy schedules and chaotic days.
I am excited to be starting another year working for CoverUps. This work opportunity has provided me with an outlet to be creative, meet wonderful people and focus on clients needs in a personal manner. My home schedule can be challenging, so being able to work around not only my clients schedule but my own is really fantastic.
I enjoy interior design, decluttering, large projects, and am interested in learning carpentry.
I look forward to meeting you!
Hi, I’m Charlene and I’ve been a consultant with CoverUps almost 3 years. I got my feet wet learning about drapery. My mother-in-law was a professional drapery seamstress and she taught me all the important things about window coverings and people. I love my job because I meet new people and new challenges every day and I believe in the quality of the products I sell. My motto is, “Always be honest and never sell someone a product you wouldn’t buy yourself.” I stand by my work and I stand by the Costco/Graber connection and the satisfaction of our clients.
Windows are our view of the world.
My name is Courtney Nelson and I grew up in Los Angeles with designer parents. I've seen a lot of good design in my day and know how much it can feed a person’s soul. From my earliest days I've sought to improve people’s lives starting my house cleaning business at 10-years-old to helping friends out with their house Feng Shui.
Starting the day with beautiful window coverings allows the owners to feel a sense of calm control, of order, and power to allow light to come in to illuminate their homes or the power to block it out.
I enjoy helping people achieve their window goals by giving them options to get the perfect amount of privacy, light blockage, and insulation, but my favorite part is making the windows look beautiful as well as functional.
It thrills me to see old uninspiring blinds go down and new fresh ones go up. Many of my clients have said their new blinds have been life changing on many levels!
Home is where your story begins. Why not begin with clarity, light and beauty?
